Bioassay and Phenotype Database (BAP DB)
BAP DB is an information resource for exploring the biological and molecular functions of genes based on available phenotype and screening data from mutant, transgenic and wildtype organisms. It allows the public to query, view and download a wide spectrum of heterogeneous screening data, such as quantitative assay data, annotation information, images, movies, etc. In addition to data retrieval, users can upload their own assay and phenotype data to BAP DB via the online upload utility. While most of the current information in the database is from Arabidopsis thaliana, the service is designed to organize assay data from virtually any organism.
